Hello Konocti Parents and Staff:
The safety of our students and staff is our first priority. Last night we received a phone message with a threat of a school shooting at Lower Lake Elementary School today (Friday). We immediately notified law enforcement. The Sheriff's Department has been investigation throughout the night. Due to the nature of the threat, directed at LLES, we are closing LLES today to assure the safety of all our students. We take all threats to students' safety seriously and will continue to work with law enforcement to resolve the issue. Please remain off the LLES campus until further notice. We will update you with more information as we receive it.
