Human Resources

The KUSD Human Resources Department is responsible for recruiting and training staff, developing workplace policies, administering employee benefits, and motivating employees to stay with the organization because our students' success depends on our staff being in the best position for them. The Human Resources Department also works with employee bargaining units on Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and negotiates on the district's behalf.
