College Bound
About Upward Bound
We are a Federally funded program that began in the Civil Rights era of the Great Society implemented by Lyndon B Johnson.
We are a college-going program for first-generation and low-income students and include a 21st Century Education focus on social and environmental justice, media literacy, and a commitment to critical thinking and dialogue.
We are a daily elective, with weekend workshops/field trips and a mandatory six week summer program.
We believe that Education is transformational.
Eligibility
Students in grades 9-12 are eligible to apply for participation in the Upward Bound program.

Band Camp 2021
The Fourth Annual Marching Trojan Band Camp will be held August 2-6th from 7:30 A.M.-3:30 P.M. If you have any questions/concerns don't hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Wiley at katherine.wiley@konoctiusd.org. We look forward to seeing all of our student musicians again this summer! -

Summer Rehearsals
Summer rehearsals will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-8 P.M. beginning Wednesday, July 10th.
