Food Service & Hospitality Pathway

Culinary Arts prepares students to learn basic food preparation terms, techniques, customer service training, professionalism in the workplace, and career pathway education. This class gives both personal and commercial food preparation experiences. Students have continual applied food service activities throughout the course and are involved in actual food production services for a variety of campus activities.

This is a yearlong (Fall and Spring semester) class and you must pass each class with a C or better to move on to the next level as a CTE completer.
