The Business Services Department will be open from 8am to 3pm during the week of Spring Break, April 6 - 10, 2026.
The Business Services Department is dedicated to supporting student success by ensuring the responsible management of the District’s financial and operational resources. Our team oversees a wide range of essential services that keep our schools running smoothly and effectively.

What We Do
- Budget & Finance: Develop and monitor the District’s budget, manage revenues and expenditures, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Payroll: Process employee payroll accurately and on time, including retirement reporting and employee benefits coordination.
- Purchasing & Accounts Payable: Oversee purchasing of goods and services, manage vendor contracts, and process payments to ensure fiscal accountability.
- Accounting & Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records and provide timely financial reports to support informed decision-making.
- Risk Management: Administer insurance programs and safeguard District assets.
- Facilities & Operations: Support the maintenance, planning, and utilization of District facilities.
