We encourage you to use the following step-by-step process to ensure your concerns receive proper attention and resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with school staff, and we're here to help guide you to the right person.
How can I get the support I need?
We are dedicated to serving you and your student's educational needs. If you would like to file a Title IX complaint or a Uniform Complaint Procedure, please visit the relevant webpage for further instructions.
For all other questions or concerns, please follow these supportive steps below.
Step 1 - Conect With Your Child's Teacher
When to contact: Questions about classroom activities, homework, your child's academic progress, behavior in class, or daily classroom experiences.
Please allow for 24 weekday hours to receive a response.

Connect with the Board of Trustees
When to contact: Policy recommendations, community concerns, or when you want to share your voice in public forum.
Board Members serve the interests of the entire Konocti Unified School District and have been elected by community members like you. You may contact a Board Member directly or make a public comment at a scheduled Board Meeting.

Formal Complaint Process
