My name is Nikki Sabatier. I grew up in Lower Lake and attended Lower Lake Elementary School, Oak Hill Middle School and Lower Lake High School. I am married with two children who attend the Konocti Unified School District. I live in Clearlake with my family.

I started my career in teaching in the Konocti Unified School District and worked my way up to Assistant Principal of the former Konocti Education Center before transitioning to a Principal in Middletown School District. When I left Middletown to come back to Konocti, I was the Director of Curriculum and Instruction. I am pleased to return to the district I grew up in to serve as principal of Obsidian Middle School.

As principal, I believe relationships are the most important component of education. Equity is one of my core values.
