This is our first newsletter of the year and I want to wish all of you a happy 2024!
MLK Day
There will be no school on Monday, January 15th.
Minimum Days
The early release day coming up is January 18th at 12:35 pm. If your student is TK or Kinder and they ride the bus please ensure someone is there to receive the student at bus dropoff.
Parent Pick Up
Parents are to park across the street. The Bus Loading Zone, Fire Lanes, and cemetery are not parking areas or drop-off zones. These areas are designated for Buses and Emergency personnel or cause issues with school operations. This includes when you are picking your student(s) up from the After School Program (ASP).
Guests on Campus
Our visitor sign system (Raptor) is up and running again. Soon the pink sign-in sheets will no longer be utilized for visitors to sign in. A Federal or state-issued identification card will be required to sign in. To ease the transition we are asking that you register in the Attendance Office the next time you are on campus so that you can use the self kiosk any time after that. The safety of our students is a priority and the Raptor system will help us with this. Thank you for understanding.
Absent Students
If your child is sick or absent for any reason, please call the Office or respond to the notification you receive from Aeries and let us know. PTO Meeting
PTO will be held this Friday at 3:30 at LLES
