Principal's Message January 29th, 2024

LLE

Happy Monday LLES families! We all hope you had a restful and relaxing weekend!

Kindness

Kindness is the act of being selfless, caring, compassionate, and unconditionally kind. Thank you families for supporting our kindness week. Kindness is also our character trait of the month as we continue to place importance on treating others with kindness. Students caught being kind can earn leopard paws.

Healthy Food

Growing kids have boundless energy, and that means they often get hungry between meals. But before you reach for those sugary, processed snacks, consider this: snack time is a fantastic opportunity to sneak some extra nutrients into your child's diet!

Say goodbye to those unhealthy packaged options loaded with refined flour and artificial ingredients. Instead, let's fill those tiny tummies with wholesome, delicious snacks that provide both energy and nutrition.

Need some inspiration? Check out our list of kid-friendly snacks that are as healthy as they are tasty! Your kids will love them, and you'll love knowing they're getting the best.

  • Yogurt

  • Popcorn

  • Nuts

  • Trail mix

  • Fruit

  • Cheese

  • Smoothies

  • Carrots

  • Hummus

  • Rice Cakes

Parent Pick Up

Parents are to park across the street. The Bus Loading Zone, Fire Lanes, and cemetery are not parking areas or drop-off zones. These areas are designated for Buses and Emergency personnel or cause issues with school operations. This includes when you are picking your student(s) up from the After School Program (ASP).

Guests on Campus

Our visitor sign system (Raptor) is up and running again. Soon the pink sign-in sheets will no longer be utilized for visitors to sign in. A Federal or state-issued identification card will be required to sign in. To ease the transition we are asking that you register in the Attendance Office the next time you are on campus so that you can use the self kiosk any time after that. The safety of our students is a priority and the Raptor system will help us with this. Thank you for understanding.

If your child is sick or absent for any reason, please call the Office or respond to the notification you receive from Aeries and let us know.
