A Message From Principal Serpa:

Wow, what a way to start the week! I hope all of our Tiger families are safe and dry after this massive storm that came through. Unfortunately, we had to cancel school for today due to a power outage on site and some minor cleanup needed. We hope to have everyone back tomorrow.

There is a chance of more rain this week. Please take a moment to talk to your children about avoiding the puddles when possible, we have a lot of them on our campus. Nobody likes to spend the day in wet socks and shoes no matter how fun it is to puddle jump!

Intersession:

Our second Intersession of the year will take place next week. The focus will be on reading. If your child was selected for Intersession, you should have been contacted by your child’s teacher. Intersession is a short intensive intervention meant to help students in need. Ms. Schoneman will be the administrator in charge this week. You can reach her at ext. 2587.

Dental Screenings:

Healthy Start will be performing dental screenings this week. Keep an eye out for flyers with specific details. If you have questions about the program, reach out to Tanya Biasotti at ext 2534.

Minimum Day:

Thursday is a minimum day for staff professional development. School gets out at 12:42. The after school program will be open until 6:00 for students currently enrolled in the program.
