STAR Summer ProgramKonocti Student Academic & Recreation Summer Program

The STAR program is open to all students! The Konocti Unified School District STAR Program offers both Academic Intervention and enrichment classes.

Field Trip Planning Information 

Field trips are an important part of a well rounded education. With field trips, students gain new experiences, critical thinking and social skills, and a hands-on learning environment.  Konocti Unified School District  typically funds over 75 field trips annually.

Konocti Extended Day (After School) Learning Programs

The Konocti Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) has identified after school enrichment programs as a way of engaging students and supporting student achievement. We are seeking dynamic  adults who wish to share their own hobbies, interest and expertise with students in offering after school programs that go “beyond the core.” Examples of classes offered include: Jewelry making, learning with Legos, Book Club, Theater Arts, Sign Language, Chess, Fitcamp, Stand-up Comedy, Girls with Grit

6th Grade Science Camp

With stakeholder input, Konocti Unified School District committed to offering all 6th graders the opportunity to attend science camp. This is a wonderful experience for our students to do hands-on learning. The science camp correspond with  curriculum taught in the classroom. Science programs we have jointly partnered with include:

Alliance Redwood Outdoor Education
