Message from Konocti Unified Superintendent Regarding COVID-19: School Status (updated 3/15/2020)

This message was issued by Becky Salato, Konocti Superintendent, on March 15, 2020.

The health and safety of our entire community is most important to us. In collaboration with the Lake County Office of Education and all school districts in our county, we will be closing schools beginning Monday March 16th and continuing through our regularly scheduled spring break.  At this time we expect to reopen schools on April 13th.

To ensure continuity of learning, our teachers will be preparing lessons that students will be able to complete at home either online or on paper. Information on accessing work and other information will be updated daily on your site websites and Facebook pages.

Our Food Service program will be providing a “grab and go breakfast and lunch at all four of our K-7 schools, meals are free for any child 18 years and younger. This situation is developing and changing daily and we will continue to share the most up to date information please check our website and Facebook sites for important updates and community resources. Thank you for your ongoing support and patience.

Stay healthy.
