BOND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

1. CALL TO ORDER
The Superintendent will call the meeting to order.
1.a. Establish Quorum
Roll call to establish a quorum.
2. OPEN SESSION (5:00 PM)
The Superintendent will provide an introduction to Board meeting proceedings.
2.b. Pledge of Allegiance
The Superintendent will ask a committee or audience member to lead the Pledge of Allegiance.
2.c. Approve Agenda (v)
The Committee will consider approval of the Agenda.
The Committee will acknowledge receipt of correspondences.
2.e. Community Comments
Those in the audience desiring to address the Committee regarding items not on the agenda may do so at this time. Each speaker may address the Committee for up to three minutes, and make a brief statement, express his/her viewpoint, or ask a question regarding matters related to the school system. Please understand that the Committee does not take action on non-agendized items (BB9323).
3.a. Presentation by Dannis, Wolliver and Kelley
A representative from Dannis, Wolliver and Kelley will provide Bond Oversight Committee training.
4. INITIALORGANIZATIONAL ITEMS
4.a. Election of Committee Chairman (v)
The Committee will elect a Chairman to preside over meetings of the Committee.
4.b. Election of Committee Vice Chairman (v)
The Committee will elect a Vice Chairman to assume the duties of the Chair in the Chair’s absence.
4.c. Designation of Secretary for the Committee (v)
The Committee will designate a member as a Secretary to keep accurate minutes of the Committee’s meetings and actions, in order to fulfill the legal requirement that such minutes and documents and reports be entered onto the public record.
4.d. Designation of Representative (v)
The Committee will appoint a representative to represent the Committee at public meetings of the Board and make reports thereto on a regular basis as the Committee shall determine or as the Board may request.
4.e. Committee Meeting Calendar (v)
The Committee will discuss and approve a calendar of meetings.
5.b. Presentation by Superintendent Donna Becnel
Superintendent Donna Becnel will provide a presentation on bond projects.
6. FUTURE BUSINESS
6.a. Next Meeting of the Bond Oversight Committee
The next meeting of the Bond Oversight Committee will take place on ___________________, in the Carol McClung Room of the District Office located at 9430-B Lake Street, Lower Lake, California.
7. ADJOURNMENT (v)
The Committee will take action to adjourn the meeting.
